Professor Andrew Smith, Head of English and Modern Languages, Faculty of Business and Society, has been re-elected as joint president of the International Gothic Association at the Association’s biennial conference held at the University of Heidelberg last week. He has jointly held this position with Professor William Hughes, of Bath Spa University, since 2009.
