Professor Anne Marie Doherty, Glamorgan Business School, has been appointed to the Royal Anniversary Trust’s National Readers Panel which assesses the Queen’s Anniversary Prizes for Further and Higher Education.
The Queen’s Anniversary Prizes are part of the national honours and have been awarded by the Queen since 1994.
Professor Doherty has also recently been appointed to the Editorial Review Board of the International Marketing Review, an internationally recognized ABS3* ranked publication.
These new appointments come in addition to her editorial board membership of the European Journal of Marketing and her Associate Editor role at the Journal of Marketing Management.
Responding to the news of these appointments, Professor Doherty said, “I am incredibly pleased to be recognised in this way and I look forward to representing the University in both capacities.”
Professor Doherty is also currently the conference chair for the Academy of Marketing’s Annual Conference on the theme of ‘Marketing Relevance’ which will be hosted by the University of Glamorgan in July 2013.
