Professor Nasarre Aznar will also consider the differences and the key institutions of Catalan civil law in relation to Spanish civil law and what are the implications of having two separate private laws within a country.
Following the lecture, attendees will have the opportunity to discuss how a distinct private law could develop in a Welsh context.
