Time and Tide, Michael Freeman at 75 (Paintings: 1958-2010)
March 14, 2011 10 a.m. – April 28, 2011 5 p.m.
Freeman was born in Swansea in 1936 and lives and paints there. He studied at Swansea College of Art 1955-59 and has exhibited in and outside Wales for over forty years. The sources of inspiration for his visionary, inner-eye images include the sea and the coast, especially around Gower, and the international world of classical, orchestral music.
